- Commercial canvassing if you agree;
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or regulation, your data will be kept for the duration of the processing operation, i.e. :
- The sole duration of the Momentum event for the organization and management of this event by ACCOR;
- Three 3 years for data transmitted by clients to hotels.

Your data will not be transferred outside the EU or, where applicable, may be transferred to countries that may not provide an adequate level of protection. Consequently, appropriate or adapted safeguards are provided. With respect to ACCOR, and/or the hotel where applicable, as the data controller, you have the rights to access, rectify, portability and erasure of your personal data, as well as the rights to restrict processing and object to processing, definition of directives for the processing of your data after your death, by writing to sales.inmotion@accor.com and/or the hotel or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
